If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment time will be adjusted accordingly. The full service fee remains applicable, as the appointment slot was reserved specifically for you

We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who appear intoxicated. Additionally, services at Spa J’adore are available only to clients who are 18 years of age or older, and we may request proof of age. For those who are pregnant, we may also refuse service to ensure that treatments are suitable for your condition and to prioritize your safety and that of your baby

Spa packages are intended solely for the use of the purchaser and are non-transferable. This policy ensures that the value and exclusivity of each package are maintained, allowing each individual who invested in the package to enjoy its benefits fully.

All purchased packages must be utilized within 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining services will expire. This policy helps us manage our resources and ensures that clients have ample time to enjoy their services within a reasonable timeframe.

Gift cards purchased for use at Spa J’adore cannot be redeemed for cash.
