Had such a great time at this spa!! Their prices are very reasonable for SF and the fact that it’s located on the 17th floor adds to the massage in a city experience. After a long week of work it was a nice relaxing experience. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Massage was great! Honestly the best massage you can find, it’s not the relaxation one where you don’t get any help with your problems. I love how they work with problems of the back and try to work on your weak spots. Nathan is great! Honestly a great guy who is attentive and valuable and respectful. Prices are super nice now: 60$ per hour, come on!!! That’s perfect especially for students who spend a lot of time at the computer as me. Thank you again! The atmosphere is super nice and relaxing.

Best massage of my life. Teri has magical hands. Better than massages I've had in Miami regularly, as well as a luxury place in Chicago, and the Buffalo NY massage school. Take the elevator to the 16th floor and walk up to the 17th. Massage clinic is past the dental clinic.

I discovered Spa J'Adore via a Yelp deal in early 2015: I requested for a female masseuse and was assigned Sammy. Given my extensive massage experiences in Asia, I am fairly picky: I like a good amount of pressure and longer strokes (e.g., Swedish, Balinese) but not acupressure (Chinese style) or Thai massage (which I jokingly call "forced yoga"). Sammy was AMAZING: She did a combination of deep tissue (for areas that needed them most such as shoulder and upper back) and Swedish. She skillfully worked on the knots and got rid of many of them within 60 minutes. After that first session, I knew I've found my masseuse in SF and immediately purchased a package from Spa J'Adore. I've been a regular here for 8 years. Unfortunately business seems to have been slow since Covid, so I thought I'd try to boost them with a review. A few other reviews may have mentioned that the spa itself is on the 17th floor (penthouse) of a gorgeous historical building with a balcony that has a splendid view of the city. Parakeets sometimes come hang out there (cute!). The elevators only go up to 16th floors though and guests have to take the stairs up to the penthouse (therefore I don't think it's wheelchair accessible). The reception area is decorated seasonally, e.g. for Halloween and the Holidays. Spa J'Adore has an online booking system which is fairly convenient. Even though they've raised their prices in the last few years due to inflation, they are still very reasonably priced for a great spa just off Union Square. Highly recommend this place and I'll continue to come back as long as Sammy is here!

Samy and Ilya are both awesome massage therapists. Have gotten over 10 deep tissue massages here, great value for money.

I’ve been here twice to see Ilya and had the best massages I’ve ever had! After my first 90 min massage, I booked another one for three hours! He has a huge kit of essential oils and will customize the aroma based on your needs. He also has a really firm hand and gives such an excellent deep tissue that leaves me feeling like absolute butter. I love this place and will be back any time I’m in SF!

OMG!!! Absolutely loved my experience with the service I received here! The view from the penthouse is spectacular! The reception area when you first walked in is comfortable and welcoming. They offered fresh citrus water while you filled out paperwork and waited for the masseuse and afterwards. The room I was led too was gorgeous, decorated with birch wood tree limbs and an outdoor feel that was very comfortable. The massage table was heated and had extra padding which was super cozy. Ilya listened to what I had said about pressure and asked if everything was okay. I very much enjoyed my time here. I would highly recommend this Spa to everyone who is visiting or lives in the San Francisco area. This is my go to place for when i visit. :)

My boyfriend and I loved coming to Spa J'Adore, it's a shame we don't live in the area anymore, but when we did, we would come once a month since there were always such great deals. It's easy to book an appointment online and they're located on the penthouse floor which makes for nice views on their outdoor balcony. Arcely was always able to work out most of the bf's knots and put him right to sleep and I've gotten a massage from most of the therapists there, they all have their own special technique. We always leave the spa feeling more at peace and relaxed and ready to move on with our day (possibly after taking a nap). I can't wait to make my next appointment when I'm back in town
